Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to fill the spot with another client who may be waiting for an opening.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the appointment to ensure we can accommodate our other clients.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can arise, so we may make exceptions to our policy in certain circumstances. However, we ask that clients respect our time and business by providing as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
